Medix FTP Service (the "Service") is designed to provide you with an easy way to transfer files relevant to the management of your case to Medix Medical Services Europe Limited ("Medix", "we" and "us").

 

The following terms and conditions together with the Medix Information Security Policy (which may be found at http://medix- europe.com/Information_Security_Policy.aspx) (together, the "Terms of Service"), form the agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Service. You should read the Terms of Service carefully before agreeing to them. You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on the "Upload" button, you are indicating that you accept the Terms of Services and agree to be bound by them.

 

Using the Service

 

In order to use the Service, you will be required to log in by submitting your member number which was provided to you by the Medix staff, your name and e-mail address. Once you have logged in, you will be able to upload files to the Service. We will download your files to our system and no copy will be retained on the server used to provide the Service. For detailed upload instructions, please click here.

 

Protection of your information

 

We take the safeguarding of your information very seriously. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your information we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and administrative procedures to safeguard and secure the files you upload to the Service. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic data storage is 100% secure and while we have put in place appropriate protections, we cannot guarantee the security of information you upload to the Service.

 

Quality and availability of the Service

 

While we make reasonable efforts to provide the Service, it is provided "as is" with no representation, guarantee or warranty of any kind as to its availability, functionality, that it will meet your requirements or that it will be free of errors or viruses.

Medix and AIA Singapore announced (May 10, 2018) an exclusive partnership that enables eligible AIA customers to receive the best possible treatment and personalised support throughout their medical journey.

Medix and AIA Singapore jointly announced on the 10th of May (click here for full press release) an exclusive partnership to provide Personal Medical Case Management Services (PMCM) to eligible AIA customers. Building on the success PMCM has brought to over 2 million customers worldwide, we are proud to announce that PMCM will now be widely available in Singapore. The service, which is the first of its kind in Singapore, will help AIA Singapore’s eligible customers that are facing serious medical conditions by making sure they obtain the right diagnosis as fast as possible, have access to optimal treatment, and are supported throughout their medical journey. This will alleviate the stress and pressure that customers and their families face when dealing with serious medical problems, and ensure that customers receive the best quality care.

Eligible AIA policyholders will be able to use Medix’ award winning Personal Medical Case Management service to receive personal support along every step in the management of their serious medical conditions.
